Michelin-Starred Chef Pam’s Signature Bites Debut in Sapporo
Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection is proud to present World Cocktail Months 2026, running from Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at the hotel’s Bar Lounge. This year marks a special milestone for MGallery Collection, as it ventures beyond the glass for the first time — into a bold culinary dialogue where mixology meets Michelin-starred gastronomy. Of the more than 127 boutique hotels in the MGallery Collection portfolio, only 16 selected properties across Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas and the Middle East are participating in this programme. Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection is proud to be the sole participating property in Japan.
A Global Collaboration with Michelin-Starred Chef Pam
At the heart of this collaboration is Chef “Pam” Pichaya Soontornyanakij, owner-chef of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred restaurant Potong. Named The World’s Best Female Chef 2025 and Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024, she is one of the most celebrated voices in contemporary gastronomy.
Her culinary philosophy — rooted in contrast, balance and storytelling — is guided by the concept of five flavours and five emotions, where taste becomes memory and texture becomes emotion. This vision resonates deeply with the MGallery brand philosophy of the “M Moment”: creating meaningful, memorable experiences that linger long after the moment has passed. Chef Pam brings that same spirit of dialogue and discovery to the bar.
