Children under 12 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed. Please inform us at the time of booking or upon arrival if you are staying with a child.

Children under 12 years old can enjoy breakfast for free.

You can reserve up to 7 rooms. For reservations of 8 rooms or more, we will handle them as group reservations, and special cancellation policies or cancellation fees may apply. Please contact the hotel for details.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

We do not have connecting rooms at our hotel.

Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Heritage View Rooms, and Executive Deluxe Rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults with an extra bed. Please contact the hotel for additional charges and conditions.

We have a fitness gym exclusively for guests, available 24 hours a day. Please bring your own shoes, as rental is not available.

There is a smoking area on the 1st floor of the hotel. Please use the designated smoking area.

We do not allow pets inside the hotel. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed to enter the premises.

Guests with reservations can store their luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out (on the same day). If you wish to send your luggage by courier, please provide the name of the reservation and the date of stay. However, we cannot accept packages that require cash on delivery or payment upon receipt.

Please inquire at the concierge.

Customers wishing to use the parking lot should come to the front entrance of the hotel. Our staff will check the size of your car and guide you to the parking lot.

Multi-level Parking Lot

This is a parking lot for compact cars and sedans (excluding some models) that can be used on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservation). Vehicle size limit: Up to 1.58m in height, 1.85m in width, and 5.05m in length Parking fee: 2,000 yen per night per car

Front Parking Lot

This parking lot is for cars larger than the above vehicle size, and guests will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations).
Parking fee: 4,000 yen per night per car

If the hotel parking is full, we will guide you to the nearest coin-operated parking lot.

Rooms

There are no specific barrier-free room types available. However, the public areas from entrance to the guest rooms are flat. Inside the guest rooms, all areas except for the bathroom are flat. We will do our best to assign a room as close to the elevator as possible, so please inform us at the time of booking.

Public areas

Barrier-free toilets are available on the 1st floor of the hotel. Wheelchair rental is available (limited availability). Priority spaces are provided in the parking lot (limited availability).
