With vibrant colors and light, refined flavors, the selection evokes the atmosphere of spring gradually giving way to early summer, offering guests an elegant afternoon experience.
The sweets selection features a fragrant fromage blanc infused with lavender and elderflower, alongside a strawberry-shaped mousse, Cardinal Schnitten – MGallery style, rich matcha terrine, raspberry French toast, and other seasonal delights. Enjoy our signature hotel-made scones served with house-made jam and clotted cream.
The savory offerings include a canola blossom and smoked salmon quiche and a new onion mousse, bringing fresh spring flavors, complemented by Hokkaido venison lasagna and sandwiches that showcase the bounty of the region. The menu is thoughtfully composed to balance sweet and savory elements.
