The autumn 2025 season was so popular that it was extended beyond its original schedule thanks to its authentic flavours. Building on this success, the new season delves deeper into the world of spices, offering tastes that are uniquely suited to winter and challenging the traditional summer image of spices.

The menu has been crafted under the supervision of Indian and Thai chefs and stays true to local recipes and spice techniques. Served in a relaxed buffet style, guests can easily experience the genuine flavours.
