We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this notice may cause and would like to inform you in advance of a scheduled power outage, which will take place as part of mandatory statutory electrical inspections in accordance with the Electricity Business Act.

Scheduled Power Outage Details

  • Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
  • Time: 1:00 AM – 4:00 AM
  • (Please note that the schedule may vary slightly depending on work conditions.)

Impact During the Outage

During the above period, the hotel will experience a complete power shutdown, and the following services and facilities will be unavailable:

  • Air conditioning, hot water & water supply 
  • Elevators and automatic doors
  • Fire prevention and mechanical systems (emergency lights will also be off)
  • Guest room and public area lighting
  • Toilet flushing
  • POS systems, parking facilities, and other electrical equipment

We fully understand that this may cause inconvenience and disruption to your stay, and we sincerely apologise for this unavoidable situation.

If you prefer to cancel your reservation due to this outage, please rest assured that the cancellation fee will be waived and a full refund will be provided.

If you choose to continue your stay, we kindly ask for your understanding that the above disturbances will occur during the stated hours.
