This summer, Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery invites you to discover its limited-time Sapporo Beer Tasting Set, crafted to showcase the rich brewing heritage of Hokkaido.

All three beers are served on tap and brewed in Hokkaido, but the highlight is the Kaitakushi Draft Beer (unfiltered)—still brewed today using a century-old recipe at the Kaitakushi Brewery located right across from the hotel.
This is the only place outside the brewery where you can enjoy this rare draft.

The set includes 180ml pours of:

• Sapporo Classic

• Sorachi 1984

• Kaitakushi Draft (Unfiltered)

To complete your tasting journey, choose three bar bites from a seasonal lineup of six, all made with fresh local ingredients.
