Dear Guests,

Thank you for choosing Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection.

To ensure the continued safety and comfort of our guests, we will be conducting mandatory inspections of our electrical systems and scheduled maintenance of our air conditioning facilities. As a result, the entire hotel will be temporarily closed during the following period:

【Full Hotel Closure Period】
Wednesday, April 16 at 12:00 PM – Thursday, April 17 at 3:00 PM
Check-in will resume from 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 17.

【Accommodation】
Please note that we will not be accepting room reservations for the following dates:

  • Tuesday, April 15, 2025

  • Wednesday, April 16, 2025

 

【Restaurant Hours】
■ April 15 (Tue)

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Regular service)

■ April 16 (Wed)

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Available for in-house guests only)

  • Lunch: Closed

■ April 17 (Thu)

  • Breakfast & Lunch: Closed

■ April 18 (Fri)

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Regular service)

  • Lunch: Closed due to a private event

 

【Bar Hours】
■ April 15 (Tue)

  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Open exclusively for in-house guests and Executive Lounge access guests

  • Closes at 9:00 PM (L.O. 8:30 PM)

■ April 16 (Wed)

  • Closed all day

■ April 17 (Thu)

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Regular business hours resume
