The restaurant at Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection offers a unique flavor by combining carefully selected local ingredients with international ideas.

The interior design is inspired by the décor of German breweries from the time when Seibei Nakagawa, the first Japanese beer brewer to succeed in brewing in Hokkaido, learned beer making in Germany.

Details such as layered art decorations expressing the passion for beer brewing and koji making research, as well as art walls using beer bottles, are incorporated with traditional brewery elements, providing an unforgettable dining experience that stimulates the senses.
