Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery proudly celebrates World Cocktail Months with an exclusive, limited-time cocktail collaboration featuring Citadelle Gin, the iconic French distiller, and Maison Sarah Lavoine, known for their elegant designer glassware.

Set in a space that pays homage to Japan’s first beer brewery, this experience is more than a drink—it’s a journey through history, design, and international taste.

The Crystal Diva

Herbal and floral with a light, citrusy touch. Jasmine and lemongrass offer a smooth, refreshing balance—elegantly served in a Nick & Nora glass with a hint of white chocolate.

The Timeless Negroni

Bold and tropical with layers of sandalwood, pineapple, and pandan. A rich, bittersweet twist on the classic, served with a 5cm ice sphere in a timeless Old Fashioned glass.

The Honey 75

Effervescent and graceful. Hokkaido salted honey, citrus cardamom syrup, and olive oil–washed gin topped with Champagne. A luxurious sparkle grounded in local flavor.

About our Bar Lounge

Set on the former site of the Kaitakushi Brewery, our Bar Lounge celebrates the roots of Japanese beer culture. At its center is a signature copper fireplace inspired by a traditional beer kiln, framed by a wall of vintage beer bottles and adorned with Kaitakushi motifs.

The space blends classic European bar charm with Hokkaido’s local character, offering Sapporo Beer on tap, local wines, and cocktails infused with seasonal ingredients. A space for conversation, contemplation, and connection.
